Training and Assessment
We use activities implementation addressed to work organization, according to psychological area and group or individual dimensions.
Specifically, the different intervention areas are:
- Behaviourally evaluation at work: management of psychometric tools and personality tests (Cognitive Behavioural Assessment 2.0, Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory III, job motivation scales), qualititative methods (individual interviews, group management in the light of Gestalt Therapy)
- Welfare organization: assessments and organizational climate training, stress at work management
